Project Description
This 3 residence development occupied a large corner block which enabled us to create a trio of street front homes. All were 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with open plan living areas plus theatre rooms and all had a double garage. With no common driveway to take up precious land, all homes were sitting on just under 350m2 offering a point of difference for buyers looking for new homes in the area.
